This is the last of a Dog Walker series that finished when the lockdowns began in 2020. I used to walk Indy, our dog, down at Tahunanui Beach every day. This was in early autumn, one of those marvellous calm days when the sea is like glass. The tide was flooding the back beach, spreading wide over the flat sand but only inches deep. We regular walkers always stop and chat while our doggy chums run back and forth and play woofey, chasey. Good times…
